Q: How much are your charges for the first meeting?

A: The first or preliminary meeting is free.  We will have a no-obligations chat with you to find out your needs in order to assess how we can assist you.


Q: How much are your charges for assisting me?

A: How much a piece of work will cost is dependent on what is required of us.  Therefore after the preliminary meeting, we will provide you with an estimated quotation of cost. 

For registration of trademarks, patents and designs, we have a schedule of fees.

For drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating of contracts, we will provide you with an estimated ballpark figure.

For other types of work where it is difficult to assess when the project can be completed, we will provide you with our hourly rates, and seek your approval at each step of the project before incurring costs.
